How do I receive a refund?

Please contact our Customer Care team to request a refund.

If you choose to contact us via email, please make sure to clearly state your request for a refund. Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please consider the following before making your request:

  • The right to withdraw from your contract is valid for 3 days after the initial purchase of your subscription.

  • If you have started using the paying service, for example, by sending messages, the right to revoke your contract expires.

  • A renewed subscription is not eligible for a refund.
